After the spraying not even one mosquito disappeared, when I called to tell them they said they wont do it again and became very rude on the phone. We all ( 4 neighbors) spent all this money and had no results and nobody that would take us serious.Horrible company and horrible service, stay away there are so many others

** I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT **Extremely disappointed with the results,Took 2 programs; FICP for outdoor & pest control for outdoor and indoor.Treatments were requested to eliminate the problem but unfortunately after 2 months of ongoing replenishment visits and inspection visits the cockroaches & ants are still there and Boecker is still thinking about the solution !!!Apart from completely ruining the walls and floor from the chemical sprayed.

I Generally dont like to downsize a company, but extremely disappointed with the result or the outcome. Firstly i must say, quite decent and taught professionally on how to handle customer and execute work, but if the pest remains to enjoy a good life in the same house I guess everything is a complete waste of time and not just about money.I wish to show a picture or a video of the ants eating their chemical every single day and its about a month they still come to have the remaining. Hope they upgrade their chemical soon.

This place is easily accessible by Dubai Internet City Metro. Some halt time due to busy lifts during rush hours.

Poor quality, not responsive, not on time, poor value and most importantly, unprofessional.They rip you off and there are many cheaper companies out there offering the same service with the same chemicals.I wouldn’t recommend them. Go somewhere else and save your time and money.

Best pest control company ever. I know them from lebanon and now in UAE. Their technicians are clean well equiped well trained. Never had issues with the chemical they used am pretty sure they are using the best products . And now with disinfection this company is shining. Their professional videos are getting viral all around uae and the middle east. Well done Boecker, all the best

Called them for pest control3 man in uniform showed up they looked very professional until the moment they had to inspect the place. They had no idea what were they dealing with but recommended a basic treatment which was scheduled few days laterAnother 2 person came in the agreed time and they asked me what bugs we have means there was no exchange of information between them and they came unprepared however these guys knew at least what bugs are we dealing with so i let them do their jobThey finished very quickly which was a bit suspicious and even after days of the treatment we still keep finding these bugs and they bit us all over our bodies while we sleptI do NOT recommend them for pest controlProbably you can do the same job with insect killer sprays from ACE and not paying 450 dirham for a service which is useless.

I got great service from their management, the training for person in charge was very good with highly trained person Goldeena. Easy also to understand and the exam was really good. I reach the best service from Boecker. Well done ✔
